Description The charcoal basket for Classic Joe lets you simply lift out used charcoal and ash before every cook. You can dispose of ashes and be ready for your next cook in seconds – no mess, no fuss. Just lift the Charcoal Basket slightly and give it a shake (make sure the fire is completely out); the ash simply falls to the bottom of the barbecue and you can remove via the ash drawer. Set the Basket back in place, add some fresh charcoal, and you’re ready to go in seconds.
