Fits both the Joe Junior (where it replaces the standard stainless steel grill) and the Classic Joe range (where it sits in the position normally occupied by the ceramic heat deflectors, for proximity to the fire for extra high temperature cooking). Good to know: Comes ready seasoned but will benefit from a light coating of vegetable oil before first use. Care instructions: rinse in warm soapy water; do not scour; dry thoroughly; coat with a light film of vegetable oil before storing.
